Martial Outlaw is a 1993 action movie directed by Kurt Anderson (Open Fire). DEA agent Kevin White (Jeff Wincott) and his elder brother, LAPD Sergeant Jack White (Gary Hudson) both serve the law but the relations between brothers are far from friendly. When Kevin starts an operation against Russian drug king Rodchenko, Jack is in his own interest.

Due to a continuity error, the elder robber's (Al Leong) Micro Uzi switches to a Cobray M11/9 with a barrel extention. In the climactic scene one of Rodchenko's henchmen is armed with a Cobray SMG.
