He later uses it to fire at the killer when he cuts him in half in the episode 1.01 "Whap". The Gun is later found in a money bag left in a boat Hunter Jennings (Victor Webster) leaves in 1.03 "Ka-Blam". The men later find the bag and the gun in 1.04 "Bang".
