Crank: High Voltage is the 2009 sequel to 2006's Crank. Jason Statham returns as Chev Chelios, who was seen at the end of the original film falling out of a helicopter presumably to his death. In the sequel, Chelios somehow survives and has been implanted with an artificial heart. When the device starts failing, Chelios again must try all sorts of measures to keep his artificial heart active. Also returning from the first film are Dwight Yoakam and Amy Smart.
The following weapons were used in the film Crank: High Voltage:
Chev Chelios (Jason Statham) is seen using a Beretta 92FS in promotional material. On the DVD cover, Chev is seen wielding a well worn Beretta 92FS with barrel sawed short. (God knows why would he still pick and use that.) In the film, Chelios takes this from a gangster who shows up at the Cypress Members Club. He then uses this in the strip club shootout until it runs empty. Then outside the strip club, he takes another Beretta 92FS off an LAPD officer. Many Los Angeles police officers use the Beretta as their duty weapon in the film.
Chev Chelios (Jason Statham) takes a stainless steel Jericho 941 R off one of Don Kim's thugs in the limo. He uses it to open a high-voltage box before charging up. Then when he finds Johnny Vang (Art Hsu) he uses it till runs out. Surprisingly he is seen reloading when chasing after Johnny Vang at the intersection.
A thug holds a Springfield XD Service Bi-Tone on Chev Chelios in the beginning of the film. Chelios uses it until it runs out and then uses a Mossberg 500.
Chelios (Jason Statham) takes a Mossberg 500 with a heat shield off of a thug he kills and uses it in the film. One bizarre use was to stick it up a man's anus as a torture method. Several other characters in the film use one as well.
After knocking out one of Don Kim's bodyguards Chelios takes an IMI Micro Uzi off him and kills the remaining two bodyguards. In the final shootout one of El Huron's thugs wields one.
When Chelios is first trying to find a way out where he is being held. He kills a thug carrying a Brügger & Thomet MP-9. One of Don Kim's bodyguard uses one in the limo. Chelios uses it after his Micro Uzi runs out and puts down Don Kim.
Ria (Bai Ling) uses Intratec TEC-9's akimbo in the final shootout. Since she is a bit crazy, she fires them wildly all over the place, killing a gardener who kept working despite the shootout.
