She's about to rotate the belt around so that the pistol is pointing forwards. The chain is attached to a pair of glasses, then via the pulley to the trigger so that she can fire the concealed gun without drawing it.  [[User:Jimmoy|Jimmoy]] 06:55, 27 May 2011 (CDT)
