In "Contact" (S1E01), Madrigal has the General Dynamics GAU-17/As modified to slightly resemble the Insurrectionists' equivalent to the "AIE-486H Heavy Machine Gun (HMG)" from Halo 3, which resembles a GAU-19/A scaled down to 7.62x51mm. They're used by Insurrectionists and the Master Chief (Pablo Schreiber). The UNSC widely uses it as a machine gun.
