Love Me Tender was a 1956 Post-Civil War drama directed by Robert D. Webb that marked the feature film acting debut of Elvis Presley. In the film, Presley stars as a young man who finds himself at odds with his new wife and the Civil War veteran brother whom he thought had been killed in the war. The film's cast also included Richard Egan and Neville Brand.

The following weapons were used in the film Love Me Tender:

Revolvers

Single Action Army (visually modified as Remington 1858 New Army)

Single Action Army revolvers, visually modified to resemble Remington 1858 New Army, are widely used in the movie. They are used by Reno brothers - Lt. Vance Reno (Richard Egan), Clint (Elvis Presley), Ray (James Drury) and Brett (William Campbell), by cavalrymen of Lt. Reno's unit - Sgt. Mike Gavin (Neville Brand), Pardee Fleming (L.Q. Jones), Kelso (Ken Clark), and by some other characters.

Note: see additional images on talk page.
