The upper receivers seem to be the Olympic Arms OA-93, but the lower receivers have a short buffer tube, which is not necessary on the OA-93 design since the top receiver and foregrip include the innovative spring system that doesn't require a buffer tube and spring to operate the bolt carrier. Since the guns never fire in the episode, one can assume that a prop armorer assembled these pistols up from different guns. Another Bobcat appears in the episode "Weeping Willows", found in a car during an investigation, this one having wooden grips. This weapon was appeared once again on the episode "For Warrick" and was the weapon that killed CSI Warrick Brown in the season opener of season 9.
