Walther P99
James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) carries a Walther P99 throughout the film, fitted with a suppressor in one scene. In the first half of the pre-credits sequence, Bond is carrying a P99 that is revealed to be a remote stun grenade, triggered by a button hidden in his eyeglasses.
M1911A1
The Swiss bankers that Bond meets during the precredits sequence in Spain all carry M1911A1s. Bond uses one to try to get information from one of the bankers. Valentin Zukovsky (Robbie Coltrane) fires a M1911A1 during the gunfight in his caviar factory. Many of Renard's men use M1911A1s and Elektra King's Series 70 (taken and used by Bond) turns into a standard 1911 when Bond jumps into the water. This M1911A1 is also a typical "Hollywood" gun, firing about 20-30 rounds despite its 7-8 round capacity.
When Bond enters Zukovksy's casino with his X-ray glasses on, he sees several heavily-armed people. One man, a bodyguard, has two large Smith & Wesson revolvers under his coat. Another man, who threatens Bond before Bond gets the best of him, carries a Smith & Wesson Model 66 under his left armpit, which Bond gives the bartender in exchange for a "shaken, not stirred" vodka martini.
Note: Walther grips do not feature a medallion, instead, the iconic waving banner, and this pistol has two grip screws, where the Walther has only one. The Beretta 950 is an open slide pistol, an ejection port is clearly seen on the pistol on the right, and the grip profile is not a straight line, it is a quarter inch wider at the top. Running Scared is a 2006 crime thriller starring Paul Walker as a low life mobster named Joey Gazelle who is asked to dispose of some guns used in a drug deal between mobsters and dirty cops that went bad. Instead of throwing them in the river as he should, Joey hides the guns in his basement, which proves to be a mistake when Joey's son Nicky (Alex Neuberger) and his neighbor friend Oleg Yugorsky (Cameron Bright) witness him hiding them. Oleg steals the .38 snubnose used by Tommy "Tombs" Perello (Johnny Messner) and attempts to kill his abusive Russian stepfather, Anzor Yugorsky (Karel Roden), which he fails to do. To make matters worse, Anzor's uncle is mob boss Ivan Yugorsky (John Noble), who is displeased by this murder attempt. Now Joey must get the gun back, save Oleg, and hope he survives the night. Since the film was shot in Prague, all of the semi-automatic handguns typically seen in American movies in this film are 8mm blank firing props, as most of these guns common to the US are unavailable in the Czech Republic.: Credit goes to Predator20 for the screencaps.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
The story revolves around the ".38 Snubnose" used by Tommy "Tombs" Perello (Johnny Messner) during the bad drug deal at the start of the film, a nickel plated Smith & Wesson Model 36 with ivory grips, which he uses to kill several dirty cops, requiring the weapon to be disposed of. He gives the snubnose to Joey to get rid of, but he instead hides it in his basement, where it is stolen by Oleg Yugorsky (Cameron Bright) and used to shoot his step-father Anzor Yugorsky (Karel Roden). Oleg is hiding out when he is found by the Raggady Man (played by one of the main characters uncredited). Who forces Oleg on a ride along to rip off some drug dealers. A shootout occurs leaving the two drug dealers dead. Oleg takes off again with S&W 36. Where he finds a prostitute (Idalis DeLeon) being beaten by her pimp (David Warshofsky). The gun is later given to a prostitute "Divina" (Idalis DeLeon), who helps Oleg out. Eventually Joey's son Nicky (Alex Neuberger) hides it in the tank of a diner toilet, where it is found by Manny Perez (David Monteiro). Manny loses it in a card game to Julio (Thomas Rosales Jr.). Lester the Pimp's (David Warshofsky) brings his Cadillac into Julio's shop, Julio shows off what he won in a card game. Lester the Pimp sees that it's the same gun from before and buys it from Julio for $500 because of the significance of the gun. He then turns the tables on Oleg and Joey at the end of the film by holding it on them.
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is used by a drug dealer who holds Oleg (Cameron Bright) hostage, before he is killed in a shootout with the Raggedy Man. A Glock is also used by Anzor Yugorsky (Karel Roden) during the final shootout in the hockey rink before he is killed. It is then taken and used by Ivan Yugorsky (John Noble) and then taken and used by Joey briefly. In reality, the gun is an 8mm Bruni "GAP" pistol.
Umarex GPDA-9
A Umarex GPDA-9 is wielded by Sal "Gummy Bear" Franzone (Michael Cudlitz) during the opening shootout, and is also taken by Joey (Paul Walker) to dispose of. Instead he stores it in his basement and it is taken by Teresa Gazelle (Vera Farmiga), who uses it to kill the creepy couple (who seem like they came out of Germanic folklore) who kidnap Oleg (Cameron Bright). In reality it is a 9mm blank firing prop based on the Browning BDA.
Tommy "Tombs" Perello (Johnny Messner) wields a Beretta 92FS during the final shootout, which is later picked up and used by Oleg (Cameron Bright). In reality the pistol is a Bruni Model 92 blank firing 8mm stage prop.
An unknown FBI agent is seen using a CZ-100 pistol as his sidearm. Being that this movie is filmed in Prague and the CZ-100 is produced in the Czech Republic, it is likely this is an actual blank converted firearm that the armorers own and not an 8mm prop.

CZ-100
An unknown FBI agent is seen using a CZ-100 pistol as his sidearm. Being that this movie is filmed in Prague and the CZ-100 is produced in the Czech Republic, it is likely this is an actual blank converted firearm that the armorers own and not an 8mm prop.
Unknown AR-15 Variant
FBI Agents are seen armed with unknown AR-15 variants with carbine barrels and forends, A1-style upper receivers, and full stocks. They are likely airsoft props, similar to the ones seen in Daredevil.
When Vinny (Robbie Gee) threatens Bullet Tooth Tony (Vinnie Jones) he carries a Heckler & Koch P7 with black finish.
Sol (Lennie James) uses a Heckler & Koch P9S to threaten Bullet Tooth Tony. The gun is also implied to be a 'replica', but they should not be able to fire full flash blanks out of the front of the barrel (like they do in the movie). Bullet Tooth Tony (Vinnie Jones) famously carries a custom two-toned "Desert Eagle point-five-oh" with a stainless frame and black slide and barrel, with the flat surfaces on the slide polished. Cousin Avi (Dennis Farina) also tries to use the Desert Eagle in a later scene. I think Cozmo is right. Jericho 941 has a more 90 degree angle trigger guard whereas the ppk has a more rounded off slanted appearence which is what this piece looks like. Another possibility is a Makarov PM stainless but even that does not have the similar rounded off trigger guard. HHB3
A similar shotgun also appears to be used by one of Mickey's friends, Darren, (Jason Flemyng) to shoot one of Brick Top's henchmen at the campsite.
The Bourne Identity is a 2002 spy thriller that is the second adaptation of the Robert Ludlum novel of the same name (the first being a 1988 television film starring Richard Chamberlain as Bourne). The 2002 adaptation was directed by Doug Liman (Mr. & Mrs. Smith) and stars Matt Damon as Jason Bourne, a man suffering from amnesia who slowly discovers that he is actually a high level covert operative. Compared to the 1988 adaptation, the newer plotline heavily utilized modern communication/computer technologies in the furtherance of the story arc. Damon would return as Bourne in two sequels: The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum.
When Manheim (Russel Levy) receives a call while laying down on his bed we can see an unknown gun next to his knife on top of the table, it looks like a Star Ultrastar or a SIG Sauer P226, hard to tell. It looks kinda like a 3rd gen S&W to me. It looks like the SIG Pro 2009 to me. It looks like USP compact to me.
(no, the grip is too slanted to be either the SIGs or the USP Compact)
Its obviously striker fired, so looks like an FN forty-nine or a CZ100. Actually, it looks like it has a hammer.
It doesn't seem like a USP as it doesn't have a beaver-tail (the ones I've seen). It looks like a P226/229 with the rounded trigger guard and tail, but the floor plate of the magazine doesn't look like any I've seen.
Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) uses an unidentified 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun belonging to Eamon (Tim Duttin) to search for and shoot the Professor, after the Professor tracks him and Marie to the farmhouse in the French countryside. It appears to be a hammerless, side by side shotgun with a box lock action and a Churchill or Uplander stock and a splinter fore end. No other details can be made out.

There are hundreds of "Boutique" gunmakers scattered across Europe. They often use parts (locks and triggers) made by larger companies such as FN or Beretta and then assemble them with stocks and barrels that they manufactured. This has been the norm in Europe for centuries. Unlikely the make of the shotgun will ever be determined.
U.S. Marines arm themselves with various M16/AR-15-model assault rifles when searching for Bourne in the U.S. Consulate in Zurich. Strangely, all of the rifles seen in this scene appear to be civilian AR-15 variants, many of which are clearly "post-ban" versions (if you look on the armory wall, you can see many lack flash hiders and bayonet lugs - all signs of the "politically correct" black rifles that used to be sold in American gun shops). The ones with the short barrels are Bushmaster "Dissipator" carbines, an AR-15 variant that used to be sold only to LE agencies, but is now available to civilians in most states since the Assault Weapon Ban ended. One Marine is seen obviously with a Rocky Mountain Arms Patriot Pistol (done up as a short carbine), and another Marine obviously has a C7 Style AR15 (i.e. the brass deflector, but A1 Rear Sight).
The Professor (Clive Owen) uses a SIG SG 550 Sniper as his weapon of choice, assassinating Nykwana Wombosi (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) in Paris with it. He is seen with the rifle again later in the French countryside, after he tracks down Jason Bourne and Marie Kreutz to Eamon's home. The "suppressor" shown in the film is actually a Hogue OverMolded™ free-floating handguard for the AR15/M16 rifle. Even if the suppressor was functional, it would have to be attached to the end of the barrel in order to actually suppress the report of the weapon. Simply sliding it over the barrel would do absolutely nothing to the sound of the round being discharged. Also note that there are no provisions on the SIG 550 shown (IE; a threaded muzzle or some sort of mount attached to the barrel) to attach the "suppressor" depicted.
Accuracy International L96A1 Arctic Warfare
An Accuracy International L96A1 sniper rifle is left in the apartment by The Caller (Kiefer Sutherland) to frame a pizza delivery man for his crimes. As the caller is seen outside the booth itself, he carries a Storm or Pelican hardcase, much too short to accommodate the L96A1 (However, he said his rifle was a .30 caliber bolt action 700 with a "Carbon 1 modification" (whatever that is) and there is a real possibility that it could've been a Remington 700 in an AICS 2.0 folder but, in the end, it's still just a movie). It is therefore highly unlikely that this rifle is the one that shoots Leon, or Stu. It is also worth noting that despite the depicted suppressor, the rifle repeat is far quieter than you could ever get an L96A1.

well see at the end the caller has a rifle case with, so what we could assume is that he was actually using a reminton 700, which he took with him at the end, but left the L96A1 as a decoy to further convince the police that the dead pizza guy was the shooter.
Miscellaneous
Every shooter must have noticed the reloading bench found in the apartment of the caller. We can see an RCBS Rock Chucker reloading press, an RCBS Uniflow powder dispenser and a powder scale.
